Friend or Foe made a fantastic winning debut in the UK in winning the Juvenile Hurdle at Taunton today. He was bred by us, he is by Walk in the Park from a very prolific AQPS family.

We have a cracking soon to be 2 yr old 1/2 brother by Al Namix & the dam is in foal to Karaktar (son of High Chaparral)

Elvis Mail bolted up by 13 lengths today at Kelso. He looks a very useful prospect for Nick Alexander. He is a 1/2 brother to two other winners we have sold, Dali Mail & Chez Castel Mail. We have a very nice 2 yr old 1/2 brother by Sinndar here who is grey as well.

Cuneo won thé 3 mile handicap hurdle at Leopardstown today. He really appreciated the step up in distance. This compensates for his disqualification when beating Relegate last month, he won his bumper last season. Cuneo was a big strong foal with good bone & we always liked his attitude.

Ange des Malberaux, one of our purchases, won the Twenty thousand pounds added Lincolnshire National today at Market Rasen. The horse has gone from strength to strength this season since being put over the bigger obstacles for Dan Skelton.

Torpillo won the 3 year old hurdle race today @ Sandown very easily, by 23 lengths. He is a very high class prospect.

We spotted him at Augustin de Boisbrunet’s yard, where we have our horses in training. He won his only outing at Nancy he looked a tough sound sort who would improve a great deal with time & experience, & would have the size & scope to go chasing eventually.
