Jacira, one of our broodmares had a nice winner with her three year old filly Jizellita, at St. Cloud yesterday she is trained by M. Royer dupre. She was running over 1600m & by the looks of it will get further. She has had 4 runs two seconds & now two wins. Looks on the cards to get black type. She has a lovely foal this year by Masked Marvel.

Innovate has come back home for a summer break, before she starts her Autumn campaign.

Lord Ballim won nicely at Worcester yesterday, he is not a fan of heavy ground.

It was great to see Verni get off the mark at Uttoxeter this afternoon over the bigger obstacles In spite of being hampered a couple of times. He appreciated the better ground & was given a great ride by Richard Johnson.

A double yesterday with Cuneo winning the Bumper at Tramore for Henry de Bromhead and CALIX delafayette winning the first at Kelso by 18 Lengths.

We had a very good day at Compiègne today. Our homebred mare, Innovate, won the big handicap chase (100k euros added) by coincidence her mother gave birth to a lovely big filly by Gris de Gris yesterday morning. It was only her fourth outing in a steeple chase two of which she has won. We are hoping she will maintain the improvement especially when she runs over a longer distance. Her 3 year old half sister by Walk in the Park is entered at Goffs UK Spring Stores sales.

Also on the card at Compiègne today, CONFUCEEN got off the mark impressively, he looks as though he has a big future ahead of him. We also have his 3 year old 1/2 brother by Kapgarde going to Goffs UK as well.

Sainte Ladylime relished the 3 miles & testing ground at Wetherby today to win well. She has been consistently running well this season in spite of some indifferent jumping.
