Foaling finished for this year, very good crop of foals, very happy, all by good stallions & very decent mares started 3.01.22 finished early hours of this morning, 27.03.22 do not know why I think Frank & I are going to do some partying, as so far I have clocked up 5500kms on getting mares covered & we have the sales horses for Doncaster to prep!!!!! Was nice dreaming for a minute or two!!!!

Good to see Torpillo back to winning ways at Wincanton today, he is a very tough honest horse. Well done to connections.

Loved seeing Friend or Foe winning at Leicester today, top weight, went from the front, jumped very well, Briony gave him a very good ride, Friend or Foe looked a picture thanks to the Champion Trainer. Congratulations & very well deserved to his owners Gordon & Su Hall. Friend or Foe has an exceptional half brother going to Goffs Store Sale in May at Doncaster, called Jambo Swahili for Hallo),

Forgot to say James Reveley, Champion Jockey in France gave Thenac a peach of a ride today at Bordeaux.

Massive achievement with Thenac winning today at Bordeaux race course, he had had one run in his life at Pau where he hacked up, then not run for 2 years. Then comes out today at Bordeaux & wins. Thenac was originally trained by G. Macaire, & Thenac is a very big horse plus was a late foal, so running him as a three year old was asking a lot. Delighted for his owner Paul Basquin & new trainer T. Fourcy
