So happy to see Charm offensive win the 1.55 at Ayr today, Charm Offensive has been so consistent & today got her head in front. Delighted for her trainer Nick Alexander & her owners The Nags to Riches partnership. Charm Offensive is a big mare like her Dam Go Lison. She was never a bother as a youngster & took everything in her stride.

DANCING CITY

Very happy to see that Dancing City bolted up in his 4 year old maiden Point to Point in Ireland yesterday, Hugh Bleahen who bought him off us as a foal very kindly let me know, Hugh had told me a few weeks earlier that they thought a great deal of the horse.

RICOCHET FIRES IN AT CRAON

Ricochet hacked up by 16 lengths in the 4th race at Craon today. The ground was very heavy (4.7) on the Chase Track but Ricochet made nothing of it. Ricochet is a beautifully put together big horse by Walk in the Park ex Primadona, he is now coming into his own. Delighted for his owners Iain & Linda Watters & Ricochet’s trainer Augustin de Boisbrunet.

LE CHIFFRE D’OR

Le Chiffre D’Or makes it 2 from 2 over hurdles by winning the first at Hereford today, he is learning all the time & has a very good attitude, he is a chaser in the making. Le Chiffre D’or has a full sister, (foal, by No Risk at All) & a yearling by Bucks Boum. Miss Vitoria Le Chiffre D’Or dam is a 3/4 sister to the very good stallion Blue Brezil, Miss Vitoria is in Foal to Prince Gibraltar. Delighted for Le Chiffre D’Ors owners Gordon & Su Hall & champion trainer Paul Nicholls.

CANCAN DANCES IN AT AYR

Over the moon with CanCan who won the first race at Ayr today, she has been so consistent nearly always finishing in the shake up, & today won well. Delighted for her trainer Nick Alexander ( who with his team have done a great job with Cancan) & the syndicate members & jockey Henry Brook who gave her a peach of a ride.

PRENGARDE FIVE FROM FIVE

Just brilliant PRENDARDE won again today the big Grand Course de Steeple Chase Cross Country (black Type) at Compiegne, he literally hacked up. I know I have said this before, Prengarde was fed totally on artificial milk & it blows that myth out of the water that horses reared this way are never racehorses.

LE CHIFFRE D’OR

Le Chiffre D’Or made a winning debut of hurdles today at Hereford, easy, he is a homebred, by No Risk At All out of Miss Vitoria. Frank & I broke him in before he was sold to his great owners Gordon & Su Hall. many thanks to champion Trainer Paul Nicholls

Le Chiffre D’Or is a big lovely individual & very athletic. Extremely level head, a cracking horse.
